These guidelines apply to all Abstract Oral presenters and Poster presenters at ISLB 2026.

Oral Presentation Details

You will have 5 minutes to present your abstract. After every two abstract presentations, there will be a 10-minute discussion.

We encourage you to use the official ISLB 2026 PowerPoint template. If you do not use the template, please ensure your slides are formatted in a 16:9 aspect ratio and include the mandatory disclosure slide.

Submit your presentation slides to the ISLB 2026 Slide Submission Site by October 26, 2026.

We request your slides ahead of the Congress to allow the discussants to review them and prepare for the discussion.

On site details 

If you have made any last-minute edits, kindly bring your presentation slides on a USB stick directly to the Speaker Ready Room to replace your older version at least 1 hour prior to the start of your session.

Given the short breaks between sessions, we kindly ask you to be in your session room 15 minutes before your session starts.

Poster Presentation Details

Your poster will be showcased on paper and digitally at the ISLB 2026 Congress.

Oral Poster Tour Guidelines

Oral Poster Tour presenters will be given the opportunity of a 3-minute presentation (+2 min question-and-answer period). You are asked to prepare your paper poster and present next to it. Poster presentation guidelines are listed below.

Your poster will be showcased on paper and digitally at the ISLB 2026 Congress.

Friday, November 6, 2026, 12:00pm–6:00pm
Saturday, November 7, 2026, 8:00am–10:00am

Poster removal time:
Monday, November 9, 2026, 10:30am–12:00pm

Important: All posters not removed by 1:00pm will be recycled by the organizers.

Onsite Details

✓Double-sided adhesive tape will be provided to attach your poster to the board.
✓Poster numbers will be displayed on your poster board.
✓Please note that ISLB 2026 will not offer an onsite poster printing service.

Digital Poster Guidelines

Format: PDF file – 20 MB maximum

Please submit the digital version of your poster via the ISLB 2026 – Poster Submission Site by October 26, 2026.

 

Change the Presenting Author or Abstract Tite (if required)

Register for the Congress by September 8, 2026.

ISLB 2026 – Abstract Presenter Registration

The deadline for presenting authors to register is September 8, 2026.

Without the registration of the presenting author, we will have to withdraw the presentation.
