** Non-members will have to pay the non-member registration fees to successfully complete their registration to ISLB 2026.
**Proof of Student or Trainee status is required at time of registration. Please provide an official letter on your Institution’s letterhead indicating your status. It can be uploaded on the “Registration Options” page.
Payment Policy
For online registration, we only accept credit card payments with Amex, Visa or Mastercard. For onsite registration, we only accept Amex, Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Meeting. Checks and cash will NOT be accepted.
Payment must be received by each registration deadline in order to qualify for the deemed rate. If not received, your registration will be automatically changed to the next tier rate and a secondary invoice will be sent to you for the difference.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing at the 8th Annual Congress of Liquid Biopsy (ISLB 2026) Secretariat’s address on or before 17 October 2026 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a $150.00 USD administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after 17 October 2026 will not be refunded; however, transferring your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the congress.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Registration Information
Low and Lower Middle-Income Country Registration: (Do not use this online form)
Discounted registration fees are available for Low-Middle Income Countries based on the World Bank classifications, click here for the associated list of countries.
If you qualify, please email islb-registration@icsevents.com and include the required supporting documentation (such as a valid government-issued ID or recent mail showing your name, country of residence, and date from the current year).
Group Registration: (Do not use this online form)
For groups of 10 or more, please contact islb-registration@icsevents.com for registration and accommodation assistance.
Eligibility for Members, Technicians or Allied Health Professionals Registration Fees:
- ISLB Members: You must be a current ISLB member to receive the discounted member rate. If you are not yet a member, you can click here, OR simply select “Yes” when asked, “Are you interested in becoming a member of ISLB (for additional registration discounts)?” on the Attendance & Membership Details page.
- Technicians or Allied Health Professionals: Proof of status is required at the time of registration. Please provide an official letter confirming your current role or status on your institution’s letterhead.

ISLB Scholarship - TBC
The International Society of Liquid Biopsy is proud to announce the introduction of a scholarship to assist with registration fees for attending in-person Technicians, Allied Health Professionals and students.
If you would like to apply for this scholarship, please send an email to islb-registration@icsevents.com and an application will be forwarded to you.

Letter of Invitation for International Attendees
An official letter of invitation to obtain a travel visa and authorization to attend the 8th Annual Congress of Liquid Biopsy will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received by the Registration Team (ISLB 2026 Congress Secretariat).
